This blog is all about joyous classical baking primarily. I’m not here for the constant trends or internet fad recipes, but instead the labors of love one can create in the kitchen. This blog contains recipes that have been tried, trued, and tested to bring joy while baking and while eating. While some recipes take an hour and some take a weekend, they all are clear, classical, and most importantly delicious.
